In the heart of Germany, near the volcano Vogelsberg located in the “hessische Wetterau”, not far from Frankfurt, you will find the city Nidda/Bad Salzhausen. The grand seeming Kurhaushotel presents itself as the central point of the town Bad Salzhausen. Surrounded by a 52 hectar spa garden an park, our hotel is the perfect place for relaxation and recovery. Additionally, the small village Bad Salzhausen with 500 inhabitants has a very interesting architecture from the baroque period to the classicism. The nearby main city Nidda with a river of the same name, offers you a variety of little shops and restaurants in its city centre. around Bad Salzhausen
Right in front of our hotel you may relax in the spa park and visit the sculpture exhibition. Castle “Hungen” is definitely worth a visit. Travel in time and visit the Celts or the exciting Volcanoes. Moreover there is an exciting animal- and adventure park waiting to be visited. Justus-von-Liebig-Therme
Fun in the thermal baths
Right opposite of our hotel you will find the thermal bath facilities “Justus-von-Liebig-Therme”. The healing water is popular for showing positive effects – especially when using the salt water motion bath. With a water temperature of 32 °C and 28 °C in the outside swimming pools, guests may simply drift off and relax. Visitors of the facility may also participate in the water aerobics to stimulate their blood circulation and get moving. The water aerobics is included in the entrance fee and takes place Monday – Thursday at 11.00am, 3pm, 5:40pm and Fridays at 11am and 2:40pm. Moreover, the thermal bath facilty offers various saunas, steam rooms, a grotto and massage treatments. All of this guarantees a perfect spa day!
